OUR RANCHERS
Our story is one of grit, adaptability, and keeping the land productive and healthy for future generations.

OUR PASSION
For us, ranching isn’t just work—it’s family, history, and the promise of good food on good people’s tables. Selling beef directly means we eliminate middlemen, so the beef you serve at your table is as close to the land as it can be. We take pride in knowing our beef helps celebrate birthdays, barbecues, and Sunday suppers alike.
FireWater Ranch is led by Scott McLean and Grace Corry, with support and legacy from Scott’s parents, Murray (“Turtle”) and Norma (“Cow Boss”) McLean. After Murray’s passing in 2019, the family realized who truly kept things running—the Cow Boss herself, Norma.
