The Front quarter consists of the chuck, rib, brisket, shank, and plate primal.
The hindquarter yields the loin, round, and flank primal. It tends to be more expensive than the forequarter because of its premium cuts.

We will take a non-refundable deposit of $800 and then invoice you the balance.
